# HestiaCP Requirements

For WP Email Manager to integrate with [HestiaCP](https://hestiacp.com/), ensure that the following conditions are met:

1. You are a system administrator. HestiaCP's API is only accessible by administrators. Learn more [here](https://github.com/serghey-rodin/vesta/blob/master/web/api/index.php#L8) (developer documentation).
2. You have enabled API access in HestiaCP and your WordPress server's IP is allowed in the HestiaCP's allowed IP addresses for API list. [Learn more](https://hestiacp.com/docs/server-administration/rest-api.html#i-m-unable-to-connect-to-the-api).
