# I Cannot Add Domains

If when you try adding a domain via Domain Manager addon and get an error doing so, please ensure that your [integration](https://wpemailmanager.com/integrations/) enables you to add domains.

If you are using aaPanel, please ensure that the domain (e.g. yourdomain.com) and its mail subdomain, i.e. mail.yourdomain.com, points to the server's IP.
