# No  Domains Available

If when you are configuring the User Accounts addon settings, no domains are found, this can occur due to the following reasons:

1. WP Email Manager [cannot contact the server](https://wpemailmanager.com/documentation/troubleshooting/why-am-i-unable-to-create-or-view-email-accounts/) to obtain the existing domains.
2. You have activated the [Domain Manager](https://wpemailmanager.com/downloads/domain-manager/) addon, but the domains are not active or are not synced to the server.
