# Points to Note

1. WP Email Manager interacts only with active domains.
2. If a domain is added to [ISPConfig](https://www.ispconfig.org) via the [Domain Manager](https://wpemailmanager.com/downloads/domain-manager/) addon, the domain's DKIM is not automatically generated, and has to be generated from the server's admin area since the ISPConfig API does not support generating DKIM keys.
