Mailbox does not allow you to setup disk usage per email account, but by setting the plan to which to add the email account. The disk space allowed by a plan is fixed. Learn more here.

When configuring a WP Ultimo plan, membership or site, set the maximum allowed email accounts and the associated Mailbox plan for each created account. Subsite users will not be able to change these plans.
