WP Email Manager interacts only with active domains.
If a domain is added to ISPConfig via the Domain Manager addon, the domain’s DKIM is not automatically generated, and has to be generated from the server’s admin area since the ISPConfig API does not support generating DKIM keys. Learn more here.
