If after saving the general settings you get the success message, ‘Post updated’ instead of ‘Settings updated successfully’, as shown below, then you could be using an old version of Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin, or a plugin that uses ACF as a dependency and has not been updated.
Symptoms of such an issue is where the saved settings don’t take effect e.g.
- Email accounts section does not appear under WP Ultimo product / membership / site settings if the integration is enabled.
- Custom webmail link does not work.
To resolve this issue, run a plugin conflict test and let us know the plugin causing issues.
