Domain Manager addon restricts domain management depending on your WordPress server setup. Please look at the appropriate section depending on how you have setup your WordPress instance.

Both WP Email Manager and Domain Manager are Network active in a Multisite Installation

If you are unable to manage domains in a subsite, please ensure that the following are correctly setup:

1. If you are using WP Ultimo, ensure that you have enabled the integration in the general settings.
2. Ensure that domain management is enabled in the domain manager settings.
3. If you have enabled WP Ultimo in the general settings, the subsite’s WP Ultimo membership allows email account management. It can be configured from WP Ultimo > Products, WP Ultimo > Memberships or WP Ultimo Sites.

WP Email Manager is Network Active and Domain Manager is Active on the Subsite Only, in a Multisite Installation

If you are unable to manage domains in a subsite, please ensure that the following are correctly setup:

1. Ensure that domain management is enabled in the domain manager setting.
2. If you have enabled WP Ultimo in the general settings, the subsite’s WP Ultimo membership allows email account management. It can be configured from WP Ultimo > Products, WP Ultimo > Memberships or WP Ultimo Sites.

Both WP Email Manager and Domain Manager Addon are Active in a Subsite or Single WordPress Install (Neither is Network Active)
